Skilled Projects team with over 15 years of executions and management experience, working closely with Bunnings, Mitre 10 and other retailers. Certifications include the use of mobile plants and scissor lifts (EWP), IRIA racking license and trained for Dexion construction, VIS systems training and Bunnings accreditation.

We have 100% compliance on merchandising standards including Planograms/Bay Layout Guides and product presentation, pricing tickets and point of sale material. Sign-off provided for all projects by GForce State Projects Supervisor, National Project Manager and Bunnings in store team.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our National Project Manager undertakes all necessary communications with key stakeholders, Bunnings Visual Merchandising Coordinators and VM Project Managers to resolve any issues at store level. GForce can conduct project trials and research to iron out issues early, develop a project action plan to ensure accurate pricing for our clients.
